AFFILIATE PROGRAM FAQ
The Nugevity Referral Program (“Affiliate Program”) allows you to earn commissions by referring customers to the Nugevity online store. Every time you refer a customer to us and that customer makes a purchase on our website, you earn a commission. We handle transaction processing, fulfillment and customer service.
Do I qualify to participate?
Nugevity offers two separate Referral Programs: If you are a dispensing healthcare provider or a facility that qualifies to dispense/resell Nugevity products, you automatically qualify to participate in our Patient Referral Program. Trainers, health bloggers and other enthusiasts may qualify to participate in our Product Champion Program.
How do I sign up?
Read the Affiliate Agreement and enter your information at the bottom to apply.
When you are accepted, we will send you a username and password to our Referral Partner Center, which is managed by InfusionSoft®.
Decide how you want to promote our products on your site. You could build a product showcase, display banners, print cards, link to specific products in our store, or just point to our store’s main page. It's up to you!
Create links to the Nugevity store using the “Link Generator” section within the InfusionSoft referral software. It automatically creates the HTML for you to cut and paste into your web pages!
Return to the Referral Partner Center at any time to see reports of how your promotion is doing, how many people are purchasing, and what they're buying. Run reports your way whenever you want -- they're updated every day!
Get paid! If you have accumulated at least $100 in commissions, we will send you a check approximately 30 days after the close of each month.
How do I create links to the Nugevity store?
Once you have received confirmation of your acceptance into our program, log into http://affiliate.nugevity.com and visit the “Link Generator” section to create your links. We give you many different ways of linking, including links to specific nutritional products if you only want to promote one product; or links to the store’s main page if you’d like to allow customers to browse the entire product line.
Can I process order or receive payments on my web site?
No. As an affiliate, you agree to refer customers to us, and allow Nugevity to handle all aspects of the ordering process, from customers’ contact and billing information, to fulfillment and customer service. Let us take care of everything, then sit back and enjoy the benefits.
Does my web site qualify?
Most web sites will qualify to participate in the program; however, we may reject web sites that we determine are unsuitable. Anyone may submit an application. We do reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke a site's membership any time if we deem it contains or links to objectionable material. Objectionable material includes, but is not limited to, pornography, explicit language or content, violence, discrimination, promotion of illegal activities, violation of intellectual property rights or laws, libelous, defamatory or disparaging materials, or sites with little or no original content. Refer to the Referral Program Agreement for a complete list of all terms and conditions.
What if I operate more than one web site?
You can have multiple sites under one affiliate account, provided that they all comply with all the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in the Referral Program Agreement. You will receive one commission check for all of your sites.
How does Nugevity track orders?
All the links from your website or blog to our online store contain a unique identifier, so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a purchase is made. Make sure that all links on your site are created on http://affiliate.nugevity.com so that they are tracked correctly.
Nugevity uses software provided by InfusionSoft®. You will have access to an online password protected reporting system that will provide you with detailed statistics.
The jsp code on your web page that loads the links to our site includes a unique Source ID code (assigned at the time you register your site). Each time a visitor clicks on the link, the unique Source ID code is sent as part of the link so that the visitor is identified as coming from your site.
To be able to identify and track visitors and properly assign commissions to referring sites, we append a unique code for each visitor to each page and each link within the page seen by the visitor. This code follows the user throughout the site. At the time a visitor completes a purchase, the code is examined and the dollar amount of the sale, together with the Source ID of the referring site, are stored in our database so that your commission can be computed.
Using the links will also give you credit for cookied sales within 90 days of an initial click from your website to our store. Cookied sales are sales that have come from customers that have visited our store directly within 90 days of visiting our store after linking from your website or otherwise clicking on your link.
However, there are situations when you won't get credit. For example, if someone follows a link from your site to our store, and browses but doesn't buy anything, and later follows a link from another Affiliate, the code for the second referring site will replace yours.
How can I keep track of my commercial activity?
Our referral portal is accessible 24 hours a day. By logging into http://affiliate.nugevity.com , you will have access to detailed reports that allow you to track sales and customer activity.
How much will I get paid?
Nugevity believes that transparency is the best policy. Our products are made to the most ethical standards, and that philosophy also applies to our commercial activities. Other nutritional companies offer obscure affiliate programs with varying commission rates that may range from 5 to 8%, and place steep benchmarks to qualify. Nugevity offers a flat 15% revenue share rate for participants in our Product Champion Program, and a flat 20% revenue share commission for participants in our Dispenser Referral program, no matter how much volume they generate.
When will I get paid?
You will be paid approximately 30 days after the end of each calendar month. If a product that generated a referral fee is returned by the customer, then we will deduct the corresponding fee from your next monthly payment. If there is no subsequent payment, we reserve the right send you a bill for the fee at the end of the following month.
Note, however, that if your commissions total less than $100, your payment will be held until you reach an accumulated commission of at least $100. Your total will not be forfeited. Instead, you will continue to accrue commissions until the total is at least $100.
What are my responsibilities?
You are responsible for using the Referral Partner Center to create links, and for placing the links on your site, blog, cards, etc. You are also responsible for conveying only pre-approved information about Nugevity products, as supplied in the aforementioned interface, including product descriptions, claims, ingredient information, and pricing. Affiliates are not allowed to post any price other than the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price on their websites, advertisements, or any other public forum. You are encouraged to carefully review the Referral Agreement for a complete list of responsibilities and restrictions.
What is Nugevity’s responsibility?
Nugevity will provide you with the tools and support you need to refer customers to our online store, track their purchases and your commissions. http://affiliate.nugevity.com is your online resource center for links, product information and more. Additionally, you can contact us for further help at email@example.com. And, of course, we handle orders, shipping products, billing customers, paying your commissions, and customer service so you don’t have to.
Am I allowed to mention Nugevity or Nugevity’s brands on my web site?
We are proud of our relationship with each of our affiliates. Some of our referral partners prefer to retain an arms’-length relationship so that their credibility as an expert does not seem biased. Others fully embrace our brand and want to tell everyone about their status as a formal affiliate of Nugevity!
By mentioning our name or using our logos, you add immediate brand recognition. There are specific guidelines on how to identify yourself as an affiliate in our Affiliate Agreement. Please do not indicate that you are "part of", "partners", “agents,” or any other descriptor that would misinform a customer about the nature of our relationship. For a variety of legal reasons, it's very important that our relationship be properly represented on your web site if you choose to mention our brand.

Can I change the images or materials provided in the affiliate interface/software?
We have created images for you that represent our brand and products in a consistent fashion, for you to use without modification.
Can I list product prices?
You are allowed to publish only the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Bear in mind, however, that MSRP is subject to change without notice. As such, it may be preferable not to list any product prices on your website. Affiliates who list prices are responsible for keeping the prices up to date and run the risk of breaching the Referral Agreement, not to mention causing confusion for their customers should our price be different. We can only honor the prices listed in our store, according to our pricing policy.
